Steps to reproduce:

macos 10.14.5/macbook pro2016 a1708/firefox v.66.0.5/when i've play video on youtube for a while or just open a website.

Actual results:

it's appear a small red flash at the top of browser's edge,sometime appeared one sometime appeared more and one, sometime it didn't appeared.and when it appear it will flash like red sign. i've tried to move browser to other position and minimize or maximize and opened in add-on disabled it didn't solved the problem .link for information (https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1-JdU-ubiC7hH8CMC35D9Vuq8GQKxWmwm)

Expected results:

not to display red flash at the top of browser's edge.
