The addon-details component currently manages the extension details and the deck that hosts the other sections like permissions, release notes and preferences.
The deck should be extracted into its own component to reduce the need for that logic in the addon-details component.

Moving needinfo to me, to look into grouping this task with some other refactor/cleanup tasks all related to the about:addons page.
Unassigning and demoting to P3 in the meantime.
