Steps to reproduce:

Clicked the screenshot option off the address bar.

Actual results:

As of FF 66.0.5, screenshot just stopped working (both in normal and private windows)

Expected results:

Screenshot utility pops up

I have tested your issue on latest FF release (66.0.5) and latest Nightly build 68.0a1 (2019-05-19) and could not reproduce it.
Can you tell me please what exactly happened when click on "Take a Screenshot" button? Just nothing happened, an error message is displayed or which is the exact behavior?

If the problem is still reproducible on your end, can you please retest this using latest FF release and latest Nightly build (https://nightly.mozilla.org/) and report back the results ? When doing this, please use a new clean Firefox profile (https://goo.gl/AWo6h8), maybe even safe mode (https://goo.gl/AR5o9d), to eliminate custom settings as a possible cause.
