This bug is tracking work to ship the add-on fix listed on AMO[1], with a GUID of hotfix-update-xpi-intermediate@mozilla.com.
We cannot filter to avoid sending to people who have installed already.

We have completed our testing which targeted Firefox 65.0.2.
The hotfix-update-xpi-intermediate@mozilla.com (version 1.0.6) was successfully installed with a note that we have encountered a couple of errors inside the browser console. Please access this link for a complete log.

changed status to won't fix. the impact of pushing a change to this group of uses doesn't outweigh the benefit. These users are the most likely to upgrade to a current version naturally - all of which are fixed. If they are broken and do not want to upgrade, a fix is available at https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/disabled-add-on-fix-61-65/ .
