Steps to reproduce:

1-Download A file in any kind of format
2-Downloaded File Saved. In Internal Storage

Actual results:

The Users Can Only Download files and Save Them o Internal Storage.
but if Storgae Full or they want to Save Files on Sd Card there is no option to do this.

Expected results:

When Users Download a File in any Formart, They Can Decide to Which Storage and Where Save IF They Have EXT SD Card;In Default, Files Must Save in Internal Storage but When User Decide To Change this For Any Reasons, They Can Able To Change in Settings>Download Options!
