something i use a lot to access internal web services running on ports other
than port 80 is type server:port in the url bar.

previously to, i guess, a week ago, i was able to do this
eg. skynet:924 was expanded to http://skynet:924/

however, with 2002070108 i now get the following error message :

"skynet is not a registered protocol"

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results: error message

Expected Results: skynet:924 gets expanded to http://skynet:924/
Dupe. Duping to the higher numbered bug because that one has more discussion on it.
