Details
I'm on Ubuntu 18.04, with an XPS 15. My device resolution is 3840x2160, with 2x scaling ("Scale = 200%" in the display settings) enabled.
When I toggle gfx.webrender.all (webrender is disabled for my device by default due to the screen size) Firefox gets confined to the bottom left corner of the screen. Mouse position is also off, if I want to click on something I have to put my cursor elsewhere on the screen (i think this is the "if the page were rendered at the correct size" position) and click, using hover styles to figure out where firefox thinks my cursor is.

Are you running Wayland Firefox or X11 Firefox in XWayland?
