Steps to reproduce:
- Manual proxy configuration
- Set localhost:8080 on HTTP Proxy
- [No proxy for] is empty
- Access to https://localhost/
Actual results:
In this state, access to https://localhost/ does not go through the proxy (localhost: 8080)
Expected results:
Should through a proxy (localhost: 8080)
