User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:67.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/67.0
Steps to reproduce:
Today I did update firefox from 66 to 67.0 (64-Bit) under my Ubuntu linux 18.04 with the standard ubuntu update procedure.
Please note:
Maybe it is a problem of my linux system, anyways, I found already a solution (see below). Maybe it helps You to improve the quality.
Actual results:
After starting firefox after upgrade, I was no more able to browse (e.g. the link "https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/67.0/releasenotes/?utm_campaign=whatsnew&utm_medium=firefox-browser&utm_source=firefox-browser" could not be opened).
Under the "control J"-console I recognized an access problem for:
"/xxxxxxx/yyy/.cache/mozilla/firefox/y9yrzulx.default/startupCache/webext.sc.lz4".
I could resolve the problem changing the "root only" access rights to "777".
For the time being I can work with Firefox again without any problems.
Expected results:
should be opened (besides other links).

Glad there is a workaround for this issue. However, I am moving this over to a component, not sure if it is the right one tho. Please move it over to a better one if this is not and XPCOM issue.
