Hey! I've tried for quite some time now to reproduce the failure,
but i cant get it to fail reliably on an emulated a7-x86_64 device.
If i do run it on my machine with --verify it generally passes
with a few very very random failures.

So i would propose to deactivate the Test for android-em-7-0-x86_64.

After all the Test fails because of a timeout, passed on my emulator
dozens of times and passed on every other platform on try,
so this seems more of a timing problem than an implementation fault.

FWIW, we have Bug 1560310 on file which tries to enable Content Security related tests on GeckoView. I added a note there so we do not forget and try to re-enable the test which was disabled within this bug.
