After posting to a news group, I have a compose icon in the task bar, with the
title "Compose: (no subject)".  There is no way to remove this icon other then
ending the mozilla.exe task from the task list.  The icon does not respond to
the right mouse button

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the browser
2. Browser a few pages in a new browser window (do not close) 
3. Browse a few pages in a new tab (do not close)
4. Open news reader
5. Compose a new message
6. Submit the message
