I may be alone on this but I frequent some sites that I must have "open
unrequested window" turn on so that the website will work correctly and I can
get my information. But other sites, I want to turn the feature back on/off
quickly without having to run All the waaayyy back to the prefrence panel (I
know, "poor me" ;-).
