Steps to reproduce:
Download a file
Actual results:
An empty file is created together with a buffer file ending in .part in the target directory. No progress is shown making the user think the download has been finished.
Expected results:
Download progress should be visible in the file icon

Good news, someone is in the process of submitting a patch for this in bug 909760. :-)
