[Affected platforms]:

• All Windows

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Trigger the Reinstall/Paveover prompt
   • Reinstall - make sure the same version was previously installed and run
   • Paveover - make sure an older Firefox version is installed
2. Check/ Uncheck the checkbox for “Restore default settings and remove old add-ons for optimal performance”

[Expected result]:

• There is no visual effect on the text and only on the checkbox.

[Actual result]:

• Text flickers, gets bold for a second.

[Regression range]:

• Not a recent regression, reproducible with older builds, I will provide more info asap.
