1555194 - When sharing an image, don't also include the image's URL.

Unsure if this is the right component.

If I share an image from Fennec to Gmail, the image ends up attached to the message, and the body of the message is the URL to the image. If I share from Fennec to Messages, the same thing happens.

If the image itself is shared directly, I feel like there's no need to have the URL also shared.

If I do these things from Chrome, only the image gets shared, not the URL to the image.

If I comment out these three lines and rebuild, sharing an image ONLY includes the URL to the image. I'm not sure offhand what would be involved in stripping out the URL when we successfully add the image directly.

(I guess I'll need to file a similar issue for Fenix, as it currently only shares the URL.)
