If there are more than 25 bookmarks, the rest of the bookmarks is not viewable.
(Of course I could put them into folders, however that's not the issue).
In older versions of Netscape, there is a more... item at the bottom, which
opens a new list with the rest of the bookmarks.
(BTW: why is there no bookmarks component in bugzilla?)
could you explain what UI element this is? Is it menu and the problem is that
xpmenus don't scroll?

Verified invalid due to no response from reporter.

Gave a quick check on Mac OS, and >25 bookmarks works fine (as did situation of
having enough to require scrolling past bottom of window).

Would check on specific OS reporter used, but none provided.
