I'm using an account on a cyrus IMAP server via SSL which runs fine with the Netscape Messenger 4.7 client. I have my Sent-Mail folder on that IMAP-Server, too, so I can access my sent mail from anywhere. Using Mozilla 1.0 (or Netscape 6.2) I get an error: Could not copy mail to Sent Folder: Permission denied Although I surely have that permission. And I have enough diskspace also, that was the only bug I found about this.
Please try a newer build and report back - I'd try Mozilla 1.2. I believe this has been fixed.
