155536 - French keyboard shortcuts are wrong

A number of French 7.0PR1 users have reported a problem with the French keyboard
shortcuts.  Standard, well-known system shortcuts like Ctrl+C to copy text have
apparently been changed.  See for example the report below:

ctrl+c is not for clipboard copy !
my hands have 10 years of ctrl+c for clipboard copy.
But Netscape re-invent desktop navigation, it's to
hard for my brain.

I also just came across this report:

what's this? ctrl+i for printing? how about ctrl+p???

which suggests that there may be problems in the German localization too.
Although this is the first reported issue I've seen for the German build.

In netscape.netscape7.windows, I read about another problem with the German
version of NS7PR1. CTRL+U no longer opens the view-source window in the German
verison but opens a new tab. As for the French version, Ctrl+c is not the only
problem, CTRL+T exits the program for instance.

Keyboard shorcuts are right in French Mozilla. But these are the Netscape french
translation which are wrong, not the official translation of Mozilla
(http://frenchmozilla.sourceforge.net)

I believe this bug should be moved to Bugscape instead of being closed as
invalid, I have no way to know whether there is a bugspace entry for this bug or
not. Could someone from Netscape check it up ?

There was no patch to fix this in bugzilla, so this should be marked as WFM, or
reopened, since the bugscape fixes, might only work for the Netscape commercial
branch.

This is not fundamental :) but I had added the nsonly keyword. According to
bugzilla help, nsonly is "For bugs found only in the commercial (i.e. Netscape 6
PR1, Netscape 6 PR2, etc) builds and NOT in the mozilla builds.". Since we have
the confirmation that this will be fixed for the official Netscape release and
the nsonly keyword states that it does not concern Mozilla, I believe that the
resolution should be left to Fixed.
