The %_dropped_frames is currently presented as a decimal instead of a percentage. We need to multiple the result by 100 here: https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/7556a400affa9eb99e522d2d17c40689fa23a729/testing/raptor/raptor/output.py#740
