Screenshots look similar to me, except the error messages are in a different order. Verifying as a dupe.

Reporter: You can try this to fix it : uninstall mozilla, delete all files in c:\programs\Mozilla.org\Mozilla\ (but save your plugins) and reinstall mozilla. if you still see the problem : Delete all files in profile\chrome (you will loose all language packs and third-party themes...)
It seems like there is nothing to do. I have tryed to delete folder and re-install, i have also tryed to install in another folder, but it is still the same. This problem has appeared after I installed Quicktime plugin and reinstalled mozilla full package over my previous "navigator only" install. Maybe it can help, I hope so :)
I apologize. In fact, removing the profile in the Document and Setting's user profile solves the problem and i get a clean fresh UI. Thanks very much for your help. Congratulations for the great job you do with mozilla.
you don't need to delete your complete profile ! You must only remove all files in profile\Chrome\*.*
