Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Clear Recent History everything
  2. Open New Tab
  3. Open Network monitor (Ctrl+Shift+E)
  4. Open http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/nightly/
  5. If not reproduce, repeat from step1.

Actual Results:
There is only 1 record (favicon.ico).
Sometimes, nothing.

Expected Results:
There should be 2 records (/pub/firefox/nightly/ and favicon.ico).
It seems missing network log of first request.

The problem is introduced by Bug 1068400.

Before Bug 1068400, netmonitor closes when open web page from NewTab.
After Bug 1068400, netmonitor reopens when open web page from NewTab. But some network logs are missing.
