Details

running mozilla.exe -ProfileManager just seems to load the browser. I also tried -profile.

Its not so simple. It is installed at d:\utils\mozilla\. Maybe a path problem ? Although I searched the registry for c:\...\mozilla and nothing. win2k 1.1a 2002061104 result - loads browser expected result - loads profile manager

What happens when you click on the Profile Manager shortcut in the Start Menu?
I've tried both the shortcut and the DOS prompt naturally. Maybe there is a problem with the installation ? But then surely if it had a problem it should give an error message.
Narrowed down the problem for you - This only happens when another mozilla window is already open. I had always had mail open when trying before and it just loads another browser window in that situation.
