Steps to reproduce:

Pre-existing links that used to launch Firefox and automatically go to the web-link no longer function correctly. They only open a blank Firefox window. They will go to the link only IF a Firefox window is previously open.

Expected results:

The shortcuts on the desktop should launch a Firefox browser and then go to the link, not just open a blank Firefox window.

Please reopen this if you don't have Firefox set up to clear data on exit.
