Details

I was looking at the uBlock Origin wiki and they seem to have a really interesting/creative feature for resources that are known to break sites when they are blocked.

https://github.com/gorhill/uBlock/wiki/Resources-Library#empty-redirect-resources

Basically, they package sanitized versions of resources that are to be blocked, including resources like:

google-analytics.com/ga.js ↪
google-analytics.com/analytics.js ↪
google-analytics.com/inpage_linkid.js ↪
google-analytics.com/cx/api.js ↪
googletagservices.com/gpt.js ↪
googletagmanager.com/gtm.js ↪

that appear on the Disconnect list, and they mislead pages into thinking that the genuine tracker script has been served.

This may be a great way to prevent pages from breaking when TP goes to default on, and I didn't see any tickets open for it.
