The additional fix for bug 137071 to allow users to correctly forward inline encrypted messages has cause several regressions (bug 155253, bug 154734). Attamp to fix the firt level of regression has caused other regressions (bug 155476, bug 155629) Therefore, we need to backup part of the fix for bug 137071 as well the fix for regression 154734 and maybe 155253 until we are able to get the right fix.
