Details

To reproduce this you can do a couple of things:

a) Open Mozilla and browse about 5 - 10 pages to build up a history and then
press the back button's history dropdown and click a link that is below the
toolbar (over the actual page view). Watch as the back button stays in mouseover
state.

b) Make a folder on the personal toolbar folder and put a couple of bookmarks in
it. Then click the folder and select a bookmark that falls below the toolbar.
Watch folder icon retain mouseover state.

Clicking on something in these lists should fire whatever event is used to
terminate the mouseover effect.
