Hi,

we need some additional mail-headers (X-Headers) which should be set in the
preference-list, e.g.
user_pref("mail.compose.additional.header","X-Ncc-Reg-ID: cd.test");

which should be added automatically in the header of every mail.

This is not a dupe of bug # 16925
That is about being able to add custom headers per message.  This bug is about
adding default headers to *all* messages.  So it's a dupe of Bug 122296
