Steps to reproduce:

After update all passwords are gone. Also have been kicked out form my account and after logging in and resync password list is still empty.

I was unable to reproduce this issue even though I tried twice, once with the update not being automatic, but maybe you can provide a bit more info.

Can you please download Firefox Nightly from here:https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/nightly/2019/06/2019-06-11-21-35-17-mozilla-central/ and retest the problem and see if the issue still occurs there as well?

I am not IT guy, so I am unable to provide more information. After that update password list was wiped out. I was using Firefox Nightly since then and it was able to synchronize correctly and download passwords, so it was just Firefox issue. Now it's fine, I think next updates fixed this bug.
I can see it is pinned as "duplicate", but I am not using AVG. Anyway problem seems to be solved, cheers.
