I noticed a couple of content jumps while scrolling on http://lists.llvm.org/pipermail/llvm-commits/Week-of-Mon-20190603/thread.html

I wasn't reliably able to reproduce the problem but it definitely happened me a couple of times. I only started noticing it today.

Does the content jump for you if from the page you open multiple links in background, and while the tabs are loading, you try to scroll the page?
I see similar issue on bugzilla page

Flags: needinfo?(jmuizelaar)

I don't recall there being tabs loading in the background but it could be possible.

Yeah, I think there is something about things loading in the background.

This is not a recent regression..I have been seeing something similar for the past 2 months atleast.
Didnt file a bug as I didnt have exact STR. And when I tried a screen-recorder, the STR didnt work

The problem I'm seeing only seems to happen when I have gfx.webrender.split-render-roots turned on.

It's pretty reproduceable on this page: https://www.wired.com/2007/09/dayintech-0907/
