+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1521996 +++
Bug 1521996 set foundations for supporting Android-specific implementations of helpful mach run functionality, but didn't actually implement anything. Now that Bug 1533385 has landed and stuck, we can move onto the actual functionality.

This is just a small step on the path towards support for more
vehicles via the configuration files introduced by Bug 1552519. It's
enough to invoke GeckoView example.
