There is not command called Blank Page to Edit under File | New, as it says in the Help. The Help file says that: Creating Web Pages with Composer Creating a New Page To create a web page, use one of the methods described below. Once you've started a page, you can add and edit text just as you would in a word processor. To create a new page from the Navigator browser: * Open the File menu, choose New, and then choose Blank Page to Edit. A Composer window containing a blank page opens.
Agreed, I see this using win xp branch build 20022002070808 (wording should be changed from Open the File menu, choose New, and then choose Blank Page to Edit. A Composer window containing a blank page opens. to Open the File menu, choose New, and then choose Composer Page. A Composer window containing a blank page opens.
