But when the loading is done, the scrollbar disappears. After pressing <down> key it arrives again. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open the given url 2. Note that there is no vertical scrollbar 3. Press <down> key and scrollbar will appear
Os/2 only? Worksforme on 2002070404, Win2K.
WFM in build 2002070204 PC/Win98.
OS/2 build 2002070308 works fine.

I've just found another site with the same problem. http://www.mama.ru Moreover, there is a problem with scrolling this page by keys. Sometimes scrolling doesn't work at all.

I notice the same problem at mama.ru but - the page has about 100 (or so) validation errors when validated with a transitional DTD; this is not the case at webstandards.org ( http://webstandards.org/act/campaign/buc/tips.html ) ; - the page has no doctype declaration, no character encoding declaration, no starting <html> tag ; - the page "behaves" differently from what I noticed at webstandards.org: collapsing/expanding a chrome bar (say, the toolbar, tab bar) will "activate" the right hand side vertical scrollbar. Keying <arrow-down>, <PgDn> or <mousewheel-down> won't "activate" the scrollbar for me. XP Pro. Mozilla 1.1a+ 20020707 here.
