I think that Fennec is the only place we are/were using amIWebInstallPrompt. If Fennec is EOL perhaps the easiest way to do this is to rm amIWebInstallPrompt

This change is tiny, so might as well just do it without trying to figure out whether Fennec is EOL or not.
