When loading about:devtools with the prototype document sink the url in the parser was "about:devtools" whereas without the sink it was the full file uri. This difference causes a number of devtools tests to fail when more XHTML is loaded with the prototype cache.

When loading about:devtools with the prototype document sink the url in the
parser was "about:devtools" whereas without the sink it was the full file
uri. The difference doesn't currently cause any failures, but once bug 1550801
lands and more XHTML is loaded with the prototype, there are some failing
devtools tests without this patch.
