This test was added in bug 1552441, it references the unknown property Ci.nsIAboutModule.URI_CAN_LOAD_IN_PRIVILEGED_CHILD
I'm not sure if that's been removed or if it should be referencing URI_CAN_LOAD_IN_CHILD.
It doesn't seem to have an effect on the test.

It was renamed in bug 1539595. Maybe the two bugs raced or something. It should be URI_CAN_LOAD_IN_PRIVILEGEDABOUT_PROCESS
