User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:67.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/67.0
Steps to reproduce:
- Open about:addons
Actual results:
The "Options", "Disable", "Remove" buttons are only displayed upon clicking on "More options" button. The user is required to perform unnecessary clicks to access basic controls that should always be available/visible in the default view mode.
Expected results:
Since I navigate to the about:addons with the main objective of MANAGING my extensions/themes/plugins, I expect the page to offer me the most efficient way of doing it.

Closing bug, because it's an intended change. The referenced UX is already noted for change consideration after 68.
