User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/74.0.3729.169 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

  1. After filling in the BUG interface, click on “Add an attachment” to add a picture or TXT file.
  2. After completing the instructions for the attachment, click “Submit” to submit the attachment;
  3. Observe the phenomenon.

Actual results:

I can't fix it with my own efforts, so I hope to get your help, thank you.
The following message is prompted after the problem occurs:

Expected results:

Attachments can be submitted successfully without errors.

This is what I did before the error occurred.

Are you really using Bugzilla 4.4.1? If yes, you should upgrade to 4.4.12 and test again. There have been a lot of bug fixes since 4.4.1.

If so, I would like to upgrade Bugzilla directly from version 4.4.1 to version 5.0.6. Is this method feasible? If it is feasible, what should I do to keep the original data intact? I hope you can give me some advice, including how to choose the version of ActivePerl, Mysql and Apache when using version 5.0.6. I look forward to your answer and wish you a happy life!
