Details

See the above URL for a very simple example of an anchor. Basically, if you
click on the "here" link, expected behavior would be for it to scroll down to
the "#flights" anchor - but it doesn't do anything. Another example is at
http://www.neuschwanstein.com/deutsch/t-info.htm - look for the link to the
"#formular" anchor.
