sometimes the entered url is not loaded
I think it's because http:// is missing and autocompletition does its job not
100% right

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
enter an URL without http:// and press enter to load (sometimes nothing is loaded!)

we need a way to reproduce this.

Reporter, are you seeing this when you type in a port number?

For example, webserver:8000
