Details

If a client experiences repeated crashes they are typically already not happy with Firefox. If they downgrade Firefox to the version that was working they will no longer have access to their profile data and their perception of Firefox will typically become even worse. I would expect that some percentage of these users will leave Firefox if / when this happens.
