Selecting all the files in the Download Manager and removing them from the list
make Mozilla crash.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download a file so that the Download Manager appears.
2. Select all the files with Ctrl-A.
3. Click on "Remove from List".

Actual Results:  Mozilla crashes.

It seems that I don't have anything related to talkback in the mozilla directory
(there's no bin subdirectory, and in components, there isn't any subdirectory).
