Bug 1558621 spit up the cold page-load android tests so there is only one site per suite. Just noticed that the new suites were added to the test-sets for arm-7 but should have also been added for aarch64, unfortunately that slipped through the review.
Add the missing suites (tp6m-15 to 26) for aarch64 for geckoview, fennec, and fenix.
