Actual results:

Once you download and install macOS Catalina (10.15 Beta; 19A487m) you are unable to update Firefox Nightly. When you are prompted by Nightly to update, the program will close as expected, and then you are sent into an endless loop of going into "System Preferences", then "Security & Privacy", and then clicking on "Open Anyways". Note, I do have it set to "App Store and identified developers".

Expected results:

Firefox Nightly should have automatically reopened after installing tonight's (June 24, 2019) update.

EDIT: I have just restarted my Mac, to no avail. The issue persists just as before.
