I never get 60fps with my Radeon RX460 with Mesa on Linux. It seems capped to 30fps, as if there is some vsync issue. Actual rendering time and CPU usage is very low (see screenshot of profiler).
Mesa version: 19.0.4

Nevermind, can't reproduce after a reboot.
