Details

Signed Public Key and Challenge (SPKAC) was used by <keygen>, which has just been removed from Firefox, along with every other browser. No point keeping this around. Announce its deprecation (now) and start to plan for removal.

Bugbug thinks this bug is a task, but please change it back in case of error.

Marking P3, as the first thing is to announce deprecation, and then write the removal patch at the appointed time.
