mozmake -C comm/calendar/test/mozmill SOLO_TEST=recurrenceRotated/testAnnualRecurrence.js mozmill-one
run locally passes.

BTW, I more recent log at
https://taskcluster-artifacts.net/egADjnWySjSrVI7r0c7nJA/0/public/logs/live_backing.log
has the same error.
