GUM-impossible-constraint.https.html succeeds when run manually, but not in automation.
We could fix this in automation by making the fake video backend reject this. Or we could change automation to use a real backend since no permissions are needed to pass this test.
But a real device might not be present in automation -- so I'll do the former, and when we have some clarity on the latter we could change things.
