When using x86/x64 processor, AES-NI is reported by telemetry (bug 1359335). I am working for ARM AES support by bug 1152625, it is better to report this by telemetry.

We were going through triage and came across this bug. Is it currently being worked on(P1)? Should we pass this to P3? Are you tracking this in a different triage?

Hmm, Android's cpu-featues.h doesn't return valid value on some ARMv8 devices. So I cannot use NDK's cpu-features.h. Android team says that this will be deprecated API. So I use old way even if Android.
