I’m currently working on changing the printing interface and the main printing settings that users see before printing out their documents. To make this experience simple I want to determine:
What are the printing settings (e.g. destination, copies, pages, orientation, headers/footers, etc.) that people adjust most often before printing out their document?
Deadline
(Is there a specific date you need the results by? FYI - We may not be able to meet this deadline.)
No specific date, but results within 1-2 weeks would be best.

Sharon connected with Stella. Open question - what telemetry info is avail?

I met with Stella, and we decided that the first critical step toward answering her question is requesting the instrumentation of printing settings. There is currently no relevant telemetry. Once telemetry is in place, the data may inform other questions that would be appropriate for user research. Stella will be filing the telemetry bug and copying me, so that I can stay informed past Stella's summer internship.
