+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1459838 +++

We're preparing for TB 68 ESR.

Looks like tracking-thunderbird_esr68 and status-thunderbird_esr68 were already added, but the values are wrong for the former. We need 69+, 70+ ... 76+

We also need approval-comm-esr68 as flag for attachments. See bug 1459838 comment #2 for what was done for TB 60.
